All sessions are held in the evenings. Sessions are capped at 50 participants and coaching teams are limited to groups of 5-10.
The Educational Leadership Development Microcredentials (ELD-MC) are 8 week learning experiences including 3 synchronous sessions and the following elements:
- Developing new knowledge of the content
- Engaging with new tools for practice
- Practicing in your school setting
- On-going coaching (1:1 and small group)
- Presenting a capstone component to document and share learning
