The ELD Microcredentials are 8-week professional learning opportunities worth 3 continuing education units (CEUs) that are focused on specific aspects of school leadership. Participants engage in synchronous online sessions and conduct job-embedded learning tasks. Individual and small-group conversations with instructors, coaches, and fellow participants are designed to maximize learning.
