The TEaMS-UR Project:
Team Experiences and Mentoring Strategies for Undergraduate Research
The fundamental goal of this project is to develop empirical evidence demonstrating how embedding team science within undergraduate research experiences supports the development of knowledge, skills, and attitudes as transportable team competencies and what factors contribute to successful, inclusive, and scalable programs across disciplines.

Undergraduate research is a high-impact practice that’s shown to support student learning and engagement, especially in historically underrepresented student populations. Because research is so impactful, we want as many of our students as possible to experience it! That’s where our Course-based Undergraduate Research Experiences come in.
