Dr. Charles Humphrey has been appointed Interim Director of the ECU Coastal Water Resources Center (CWRC) for two years effective on July 2016.  He will be leading the CWRC to fulfill its various aims, which includes enhancing the understanding of coastal water issues through research, training water scientists, and serving as a vital link between cutting edge research, water resources practitioners, and the general public.
