Meet the founding officers and members of the new American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Student Section at ECU! The aim of this student section is to help students learn more about industrial hygiene (IH), give students opportunities to interact with IH professionals through invited speakers during regular meetings and attending the local IH conferences, and hone their presentation skills during IH conferences.  This student section is sponsored by the AIHA Carolinas Local Section.  Dr. Jo Anne Balanay, a certified industrial hygienist (CIH), serves as the faculty adviser.  The new officers of the student section are:
