I love me some snow!!! Although we didn’t receive much, it was beautiful to see and we had a chance to make “snow cream”… yum yum! Have you had snow cream before?

Oh yeah, I love snow cream too! But I’m told that some folks use raw eggs in their snow cream. Please don’t use raw eggs, Molly! You remember the Salmonella bacteria, right? Most persons infected with Salmonella develop diarrhea, fever, and abdominal cramps 12 to 72 hours after infection. The illness usually lasts 4 to 7 days.
So stick with the safe recipe… snow, vanilla, sugar and milk! I just remembered that I need milk… Bye!
