MS Environmental Health Alumna Commissioned into US Public Health Service

MS Environmental Health alumna (MSEH 2014), Amber VanDusen, was commissioned last month into the US Public Health Service (USPHS) as a Lieutenant (LT) in the Environmental Health Officer (EHO) category.  Her pinning ceremony was held on April 14, 2017, and her Graduation Ceremony for the USPHS Officer Basic Course (OBC 95) was held on April 21, 2017, at the William F. Bolger Center in Potomac, MD.  She is assigned to a detail with the US Coast Guard for a 5-year assignment starting with her first duty station in Norfolk, VA.  Amber also successfully obtained her REHS certification in November 2016.
