Mr. William Hill gave a guest lecture titled “Foodborne Illness” today as one of the activities during the National Public Health Week.  Mr. Hill discussed about how to practice food safety particularly among college students, with the aim of preventing foodborne illnesses.  Mr. Hill is the director of the ECU BS Environmental Health undergraduate program.
