Mr. William Hill gave a presentation tonight to ECU students and faculty about holiday food safety. In his talk, Mr. Hill explained the importance of food safety in preventing food poisoning and foodborne illnesses, and how we can practice food safety particularly during the holidays. This presentation was part of the Fall 2018 Public Health Seminar Series sponsored by the BS Public Health Program of the ECU Department of Health Education and Promotion.
