The Master of Science in Environmental Health Program at East Carolina University was ranked #1 among the top 10 Masters in Environmental Health Degrees Online 2019. Johns Hopkins University, New York Medical College and University of Alabama at Birmingham were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th, respectively.
