Dr. Charles Humphrey and Dr. Guy Iverson were featured this week in a blog posted by the Water Resources Research Institute.  Drs. Humphrey and Iverson are co-investigators in a recent research on wastewater management and water quality lead by Dr. Michael O’Driscoll of ECU Department of Geology.  Their research study investigates how water moves from wastewater management devices (e.g., septic tanks) into the surrounding groundwater and surface water (e.g., lakes, rivers, streams).
