Dr. Jo Anne Balanay has been selected and is now officially an Editorial Review Board (ERB) member of the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Hygiene (JOEH), which is considered as among the premier peer-reviewed journals of the industrial hygiene profession and occupational health-related fields.

JOEH is published to enhance the knowledge and practice of occupational and environmental hygiene and safety. The journal provides a written medium for the communication of ideas, methods, processes, and research in the areas of occupational, industrial, and environmental hygiene; exposure assessment; engineering controls; occupational and environmental epidemiology, medicine, and toxicology; ergonomics; and other related disciplines. JOEH is a joint, peer-reviewed publication of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) and the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH).
