The Environmental Heath faculty attended and presented their research at the NC Onsite Water Protection Conference on October 2019 in Raleigh, NC. Dr. Charles Humphrey gave his podium presentation titled, “Nutrient Treatment Efficiency of Onsite Systems: Does Age Matter?”. Dr. Guy Iverson and Jarrod Underwood (MS Environmental Health student) co-presented their research titled, “Remediation of Septic System-Derived Nutrients and Bacteria by a Natural Wetland”.
