BS Environmental Health student, Samson Strickland, was awarded the East Carolina Creed Award for Citizenship tonight during the 2022 Creed Recognition Ceremony. Samson was nominated by Dr. Guy Iverson, who accepted the award during the ceremony on Samson’s behalf. He received the award “for engaging in purposeful citizenship by serving as a positive role model as an East Carolinian”. The award was presented by the ECU Dean of Students and ECU Ambassadors. Congratulations, Samson!
