Melissa (Missy) Gray (’21) graduated from the BS Environmental Health degree program. She has recently completed the North Carolina Department of Health & Human Services (NCDHHS) authorization to enforce environmental health-related rules as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) in Wilson County, NC. She will be responsible for the review of plans and monitoring of enforcement activities for food handling establishments and lodging establishments, including restaurants, food stands, mobile food units, meat markets, hotels, bed and breakfasts and summer camps.
