Will Murray, MS Environmental Health/Master of Public Health student, presented today at a STEAMA (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math, and Agriculture) Symposium after being invited by the Duplin County Board of Education. Will presented to senior students at James Kenan High School about his college experience, accomplishments, research projects and more. In high school, Will was a dual STEAMA pathway student enrolled in both the health science and agriculture tracks, which led him to pursuing the field of public/environmental health. The point of his presentation was to discuss what he has done post-high school in terms of continued education, research, and how his STEAMA-related high school education led him to where he is today. Specifically, Will shared about the novel wind tunnel project that he is currently involved in.
