Overview: In Rome, thousands of people decided to march after the Italy’s new family minister stated that homosexual families do not legally exist. Sam-sex couples have been legal in Italy since 2016, however, non-biological parents do not get parental rights. Their law only allows them to access fertility treatments.
Opinion: I personally think this ridiculous. I think parents, no matter the sexuality, should have parental rights for their children. The communities were very right to start these marches.
Question: Do you think non-biological parents should have parental rights?
