Banning Gender-Based Violence in Nigeria
This article discusses the major move towards banning gender-based violence in Nigeria. Many girls were kidnapped, raped, and impregnated in the recent months in Nigeria. With all of these negative things happening the government moved to establish law to help ban this kind of violence. They discuss that though this law is a major step for these people that there will be a need for a cultural change to fully eliminate this type of violence.
