As many of you may know, the winter olympics have kicked off in Pyeongchang. What you may not know is that women in one of the sports just received a chance to play in the olympics. After years of struggling for equality in the olympics, women ski-jumpers were given a chance to compete. The women were not allowed to compete du to the fact that jumping so high and landing would disrupt their reproductive organs. This article just goes to show that as women fight more for equality, some men in society will still see our main role in society to get pregant and give birth.
