The article is about violence against women in the workplace. After reading it I learned sexual harassment is the most common form of harassment in the workplace. They go through many forms of sexual harassment during their time at work like physical assault and psychological assault. They are asked to do certain things just to get a decent tip or just a tip. It is sad that they have to go through such things just to have a job. I think waitresses shouldn’t be paid based on tips they should have a minimum wage like other jobs as well. I also did not know that the saying “smile, you look better” is a form of harassment. I have been told that plenty of times at work as a cashier. Yet, it is considered normal behavior and okay.
