Xtender Twice Annual Security Review

State guidelines require a security review to be conducted twice annually.

If you are a supervisor/manager or module/application approver you must review Xtender access for your employees/users and notify ITCS of any changes. Click here to view a custom ECUBIC report for your employees/users with Xtender Access. If someone appears on your report that does not work for you or if someone who does is missing please contact Anna Cook (cooka19@ecu.edu)in HRIS for assistance in adding or removing employees. Click here to submit a request to remove employees/users who do not need Xtender access and don’t forget to include the application’s name and their username. Please remember once your report is correct to save a copy for your records (or future audits) and send a copy to the ECU Records Manager, Amy Bright at brighta17@ecu.edu.
