Evisions update was successful on Monday, March 29, 2021, after 5:00 PM with a 30-minute downtime.
Evisions consist of three main products here at ECU. MAPS is the server that makes the following applications available for our clients (Form Fusion and Intellecheck). Form Fusion is the document enhancement application. It allows us to create transcripts, tax forms, and blanket order forms from Banner data. Intellecheck is the check-writing application. This application creates paychecks for employees and checks to pay bills for the University.
This latest update fixed a recurring issue of being logged out of the Intellecheck application while processing checks. Several other fixes were included and are listed below. Please let me know if you have any questions via comments or email me directly at MCNEILL@ECU.EDU.
Evisions Intellecheck 3.9.0 has the following changes:
- Undesired login actions were being triggered by the Enter and Return key on the login screen.
- Returned visibility of the focus indicator and first tab order item on the Reprocess screen.
- Lists of checkboxes in the Administration section can now be accessed and read by tabbing.
- Resolved an incorrect Web Help link.
Evisions MAPS 6.6.3 has the following changes:
Resolved an issue regarding unexpected log-outs from the eLauncher and Web Viewer.
