Today marks exactly 1 month until the weekend of the Banner Production hardware migration! As mentioned in previous BCM meetings, the Dev and Test environments are fully operational and all testing should be in process or completed.
This is a reminder that user acceptance testing for the Banner and ODS hardware project is due this Sunday, 8/15. As of today, the 4 areas below are the only areas we have received confirmation from that UAT is complete.

Please send completed testing results and documentation to Eric Houston, the project manager for the Banner Hardware Migration project.
Additionally, and this will be mentioned at BCM Thursday, to prepare for the upgrade weekend in September, ITCS needs to take the Banner Test (BTST/BDEV) down on Monday, 8/16 to apply some patches and updates to the environment.
Please make every effort to attend every Banner Change Management meeting between now and September 11. We will be discussing important information related to the hardware migration and this very complex project. It is a great opportunity to ask questions and get clarification on any issues arising from the project.
