The tip for March with be several to aid in the transition from Banner 8 to Banner 9.
In Banner 8 to page down you would use Ctrl+PageDown, but in Banner 9 you use Alt+PageDown.
On the occasion you find yourself needing to run Banner 8 and Banner 9 at the same time it is best to use two different web browsers (yes, run Banner 8 in Chrome and Banner 9 in Firefox) to ensure smooth operation.
Most overlooked tip in Banner is to log/sign out to prevent orphan sessions. Use the Sign Out button 
on the left hand side of the screen (looks like an arrow pointing to the right out the screen). Never just click the X button on the browser because it does not log you out and can lead to you not being able to log into the system.
