Banner Password and Account Questions

There is a new Team Dynamix ticket type for Banner password resets/unlock, general security questions, and requests to revoke security. The direct link to create the ticket is:

Requests to this ticket queue will route directly to a Banner security technician in ITCS.

Remember, any requests to add new roles/security still need to go through a Banner Security Request in PiratePort.
