Ellucian Updates Released in June ::
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Banner Accounts Receivable 8.8.4 resolves one change request and introduces five enhancements, including to TSPLOAD/TSPESTU/TGRFEED/TGRAPPL Advisory Lock. Banner Accounts Receivable 9.3.22 contains other customer focused updates such as resolving a defect in Student Accounts Detail TSADETL option for Process Supervisor Adjustment procedures.
FINANCE
Banner Finance 9.3.24 and 8.14.1.1 includes a regulatory enhancement to expand the DUNS Number Field to Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and updated the certification statement for SF-425 in the Federal Financial Report (FFRFFRR). Banner Finance Self-Service 9.4.5 includes an enhancement to provide configuration to restrict available account numbers in Finance Self-Service applications; My Requisitions, Purchase Order and My Journals.
GENERAL & TECHNICAL
Seven Banner General June 2022 releases were made available on June 16th. Some updates in these releases include proxy access to academic transcript page in Student Self-Service, Admin Common Runtime Framework from version 4.4 to 4.9, and multiple defect corrections.
HUMAN RESOURCES & EMPLOYEE SS
Changes were made in Banner Employee Self-Service 8.20.1 and Employee Self-Service 9.19 to support the new requirements from the IRS Publication 15-T for January 2022 for any electronic system set up to provide electronic means to update a Form W-4. Changes were made in Banner Human Resources 8.20.1 and Employee Self-Service 8.20.1 for Banner Integration to Talent Management (BITM) Deprecation.
STUDENT
Banner Student is full of regulatory and enhancement updates! Updates include Clearinghouse Enrollment Report, IPEDS Completion Report/IPEDS Graduation Rate Survey, as well as enhancements to display Faculty Office Hours data in Faculty Self-Service and Student Self-Service.
