ITCS Network services is migrating telephony services to a new service provider on Thursday September 29th. The migration will begin at 5:30 PM and we anticipate completing this by 7:00 AM on Friday, September 30th. This migration will affect inbound and outbound calling when individual numbers are migrating to the new carrier. There will be no impact to making internal calls within ECU. While we plan to complete this migration after normal business hours (8am-5pm), calls during the migration window may end unexpectedly when the numbers are moved to the new carrier. ITCS will send a notification once the migration has been completed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
