Announcement – Voicemail Access Issue – June 24, 2024

We are currently experiencing an issue limiting end user access to voicemail. At this time, voicemail is not being forwarded to email inboxes, users are unable to sign into voicemail.ecu.edu, and users are unable to check voicemail via Webex/Jabber. However, users may access voicemail via the buttons on their desktop phones or by dialing into our Voicemail Pilot Number at 252-328-9870, pressing star (*) at the greeting, entering their ID (i.e., 7-digit phone number) and PIN, then following the voice prompts. Users requiring assistance resetting their PIN may request support by submitting a ticket at:

Technicians are aware of this issue and working to quickly resolve it. Once full service is restored, all undelivered voicemails will be auto matically sent to email inboxes and users will again be able to access voicemail via all methods. We will send a notification when this issue has been resolved.
