ITCS will transition DocuSign to a single sign-on process (using your PirateID and passphrase) on September 30. This transition will allow you to authenticate in the same manner you do for other resources like PiratePort and Banner.
Single sign-on will eliminate the need to remember and set a unique password for DocuSign starting September 30. No additional action or configuration is required, as ITCS will switch your account to utilize the single sign-on process.
For added security single sign-on will utilize MFA (multi-factor authentication) for users off-campus not connected to the ECU VPN.
The single sign-on option is currently available now by selecting “Use Company Login” Preview (opens in a new window) after entering your email address when logging into DocuSign. Feel free to begin using it before September 30.
