The trainer from Canvas, Sam is one whom I have gone to a few sessions with. One of the first things she shows new Canvas users and ones who are getting accustomed is the Canvas Help button on your page when you Login. I have can attest that it is one of the “awesome” to quote Sam features of Canvas. Have a question and need an answer fast go to the online chat and submit your request and that it’s urgent! I have used this feature a few times already this semester and I agree it is “AWESOME”.
