BS Environmental Health Students Perform Stream Experiments

BS Environmental Health students conducted hands-on field experiments during their Safe Water Laboratory course last week, under the instruction of Mr. Guy Iverson.  The goal of the experiment was for students to learn how to calculate stream discharge and collect field parameters to obtain basic water quality information for a nearby creek in Greenville, NC.  Students will continue to perform more experiments in this lab course that will be beneficial for them in the future as Environmental Health professionals.
