Dr. Richards Receives Research Grant Funding from NC DHHS

Dr. Stephanie Richards receives this week a research grant funding from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS), Division of Public Health. Her research project is titled, “Insecticide Resistance and Binomics of Aedes Albopictus in North Carolina”, which focuses on the Asian tiger mosquito (Aedes albopictus) seasonal, geographic, and circadian patterns of activity, as well as insecticide resistance profiles for NC populations.  The project was funded at $42,341.
