Environmental Health Program Specialist, Nicole Lyons, and Environmental Health Specialist, Christa Sanderford, of Craven County served today as guest speakers for Mr. William Hill’s EHST 3200: Food Sanitation Practices and Principles class.  Both are graduates from the ECU MS Environmental Health program. They shared with BS Environmental Health students the great things they do at Craven County as part of the course’s “A Day in the Life of a Health Inspector”. Our environmental health alumni surely are making a difference!
