BS Environmental Health (BSEH) students were busy in class today reviewing architectural/engineering construction plans for new and remodeled food service establishments to verify compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This class activity was part of the EHST 3200: Food Sanitation Practices and Principles course, which is one of the core courses in the ECU BSEH degree program.
