Thursday, December 22, 2022 – Winter Break Announcement from Financial Services
Attention All Departmental Deposit Users:
On Thursday, December 22, 2022, Main Campus departmental deposits should be delivered to the University Cashier’s Office, G120 Old Cafeteria Complex, prior to 11:00 a.m. However, due to winter break, a second deposit for any funds received after 11:00 a.m. should be delivered to the University Cashier’s Office before 2:00 pm (regardless of the amount).
Upon returning from winter break, users that process on-line activity (Touchnet, U-Store, etc.) should remember to enter a separate deposit for each day the University was closed to include weekend/holiday dates. It is imperative that all activity is delivered to the Cashier’s Office by 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
Please note that this email does not pertain to ECU Physician’s clinical daily deposits or deposits that are processed by Depository Services in the Brody School of Medicine location.
