Wednesday, December 21, 2022 – Formstack will be undergoing maintenance tonight.
On Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 2:00 am EST, there will be scheduled downtime for an estimated two hours in the Formstack account authentication and administration service (FSID). During this time, users will be unable to access their Formstack apps or Admin Panel, but workflows will still run.
What does this mean for my account?
While the app is undergoing maintenance, you will not be able to log in or make changes to your account. At this time, you will not be able to build or edit forms, documents, or sign templates. However, forms will collect submissions, documents will continue to merge, and eSignatures will be captured.
