Sunday, February 12, 2023 – Cisco Phone Software Update
ITCS will be performing phone software maintenance on February 12, 2023 from 1:00am – 5:00am. This maintenance will cause all Cisco 8800 series phones to reboot. The phone will restart several times during the process. If the phone is in use when it attempts to reload the software, the process will pause until the active call is terminated. At the conclusion of this maintenance period, if you are experiencing an issue with your phone, please contact Pirate Techs @ 252.328.9866.
