January 24, 2024 – Did you know all new Xtender users are required to complete online training before any access is granted via a Banner Security Request? If you have staff that need Xtender access, things can be expedited by having them proactively take the Cornerstone Xtender class prior to submitting the BSR. Completion of the online course will be verified before new accounts are created.
The training is not required if the user already has Xtender access and is requesting additional security.
