Dr. Stephanie Richards (EH faculty) and Melinda Fields (MS Environmental Health student) presented today at the Brunswick County Mosquito Control Workshop held in Bolivia, NC.  The titles of their presentations are as follows:

• Dr. Stephanie Richards – Selecting Products for Ground and Aerial Applications: A discussion of testing resistance for both pest and disease mosquitoes before the hurricane occurs
• Melinda Fields – Assessment of Preparedness for Mosquito Control Post-Hurricane Florence in North Carolina: A Discussion of the Decision-Making Process

The workshop was offered by the Brunswick County Operation Services to all mosquito control personnel in NC.
