Dr. Humphrey Presents at Northeastern Environmental Health District Meeting

Dr. Charles Humphrey was invited to give 2 presentations today at the 4th Quarterly Meeting of the Northeastern Environmental Health District (NEEHD). His presentations were titled “Occurrence and Concentrations of Traditional and Emerging Contaminants in Septic Tank Effluent and Water Supply Wells” and “Comparison of Phosphorus Removal by Septic Systems, Package Plants, and Sewer Systems” to environmental health professionals.

The NEEHD is an educational district of the Environmental Health Section of the North Carolina Public Health Association (NCPHA). It is an association of Environmental Health Specialists, Environmental Health Specialist Interns, Soil Scientists, and others and is organized and operated to promote greater public health benefits through good environmental practices in North Carolina.
