Assist with program and event logistics 1. Identify and secure venues 2. Compile program related materials 3. Create promotional fliers, emails, etc. 4. Organize volunteers 5. Assist with set-up, registration and event production
Assist with EDC affiliate relations 1. Record meeting minutes, when available 2. Assist with follow-up on action items from meetings 3. Draft invitation letters 4. Draft thank you letters
Office assistant duties 1. Answer telephones 2. Photocopying Periodically assist with online training registration
1. Field questions regarding training 2. Troubleshoot technical issues with vendor Other duties, as assigned
Requirements: Rising Junior/Senior or Graduate Student, Strong writing skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Proficiencies: Adobe Professional, Commonspot administration, SharePoint administration
