ECU Sports Properties, the exclusive marketing and multimedia rights partner of ECU Athletics, is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Intern with ECU Sports Properties in Greenville, NC.
Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in operational duties related to contract fulfillment, hospitality, radio and television broadcasts and perform other tasks as required to help ensure the success of ECU Sports Properties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to the following):
- Support full-time Client Services and Sales staff with day to day tasks necessary to insure the overall success of ECU Sports Properties
- Assist with the execution of all hospitality elements and events (game days and non-game days)
- Assist with compiling partner recaps and proof of performance
- Assist with Radio/TV affidavit tracking
- Take photos and documentation of promotions, signage, events and contractual obligations to maintain an accurate image library for annual recaps
- Research potential corporate partners and monitor industry trends
- Assist with capturing digital and social media proof of performance
- Assist with year-end partnership recaps
- Represent Playfly Sports, ECU Sports Properties and the University in a professional manner
Requirements
- Must be able to hold a minimum of 5 – 10 office hours a week
- Responsible for attending all home ECU Football games and other assigned sports home games (including afternoon, night and weekend games)
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a full-time student at East Carolina University
