Job Description
This is a marketing opportunity for Summer/Fall 2011.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support customer adoption of new T&D Services Customer Portal including:
* Process development, mapping and measurement
* Perform usability study and customer survey to help define requirement for next Portal revision
* Develop and present business case to Senior Management for next Portal revision
* Project management of IT application development
* Documentation and communication of key performance indicators
REQUIREMENTS:
– Engineering student with strong customer focus
– Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and web-based applications
– Experience conducting usability studies and customer surveys is desired
