Description:
GEORGIA Magazine—the most widely read magazine for and about Georgians—provides unique insights about Georgia personalities, travel discoveries and community happenings on a monthly basis. Each issue celebrates the Georgia lifestyle, revealing the spirit of its people and the flavor of its past in a friendly, conversational tone. Feature articles and departments focus on what’s in it for the reader, bringing home the story in a useful, personal way that touches their lives directly. The magazine is published by Georgia Electric membership Corp., the trade association for Georgia’s 42 customer-owned electric utilities (EMCs). The magazine also aspires to be an effective tool where these EMCs can promote community projects and efforts, communicate the importance of energy efficiency and provide useful information and news about the electric industry. (Average monthly circulation: 500,000 copies.) GEORGIA Magazine’s website is www.georgiamagazine.org.
