Corporate Communications Fall Internship
The primary responsibility is to create a monthly internal electronic newsletter, distribute daily news highlights and to support the communications/marketing team as needed. As R/GA is a growing company with offices outside the US, there is a need to contribute to the needs of the office in New York, but also to be inclusive of other offices.
The primary responsibility is to create a monthly internal electronic newsletter, distribute daily news highlights and to support the communications/marketing team as needed. As R/GA is a growing company with offices outside the US, there is a need to contribute to the needs of the office in New York, but also to be inclusive of other offices.
- Primary Responsibilities:
Write and edit internal communications - Draft press releases
- Create R/GA’s monthly employee newsletter
- Compile daily news highlights that is distributed across the company, including tracking all R/GA news and news of our clients – including blogs.
- Assist with research as needed
- Coordinate special projects
- Compile press materials and clips into an electronic database
- Update press lobby press book and an end of the year clip book
- Update R/GA web site as needed for the press section along with other sections when necessary.
- Assist the Corporate Communications department as needed with ad hoc projects including events and award planning
- Assist with archive development as needed
