The Woodstock Film Festival offers individuals unique, hands-on INTERNSHIP opportunities… 
Interns learn administrative practices, management skills, and fundraising strategies associated with the film, media arts industry and the running of an educational not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
General experience includes database management, film entry screening evaluations, fundraising, public relations, community outreach, production coordination and event planning.
Applicants with extensive knowledge of relevant software systems will be able to expound upon their experience editing web pages, doing design layout and editing photo and video libraries.
Interns will work scheduled hours at the festival’s year round office in Woodstock, or on-site for special events and during festival operations.
Interns will have contact with industry professsionals…
Interns will assist WFF staff with the organization and production of film festival events and Hudson Valley Film Commission projects.
Interns will have contact with industry professionals of all levels including festival directors, project managers, graphic designers, web developers, filmmakers, distributors, members of the press and other.
Open the door to a career in film or media…
Upon completion of internship, WFF Directors will provide a letter of recommendation, summarizing the intern’s experience with an evaluation of performance.
Previous Woodstock Film Festival interns have gone on to intern with production companies in New York, to work on production sets and with well respected actors.
