The Area comprises the following operating units:
Line Marketing’s role is to design, develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans that raise the visibility and brand equity of AllianceBernstein, while also driving revenue growth and retention of the AB customer base. Marketing Managers oversee the creation of marketing programs for their distribution channels. MMs oversee campaign development and regular updating, working with Production, Product Management, Editorial and other teams on content, design, scheduling and assignment, and with Legal & Compliance for necessary approval. The candidate must possess critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills; strong project management skills; data analysis; and strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills Manage projects to meet the objectives of each campaign, both employing new materials and events, and re-packaging existing ones. Create campaign briefs in the project tracking system, including objectives, key messaging, intended audience(s), key dates, cost codes and key success metrics Take part in brainstorming session on project approach Secure Business and Legal & Compliance approvals Help to ensure the verifying quality and completeness of final materials Monitor client feedback on campaigns and materials to determine effectiveness Conduct post-project analysis (success metrics, resource impact, lessons learned) Candidates should be top academic performers, be interested in the investment management industry and meet the following criteria:
