| The Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) is offering internships for the 2011 fall semester in a variety of different departments including PBS Interactive (KIDS and Parents), Marketing and Communications (Corporate Communications), Government Affairs and General Counsel, Education (Marketing), IT/Technology and Operations, and Creative Services. All internships are located at PBS headquarters in Arlington, VA.
Interns will gain real-world experience in the areas of web development, graphic design, public relations, government affairs, communication, new media, etc. All internships are carefully reviewied to ensure a valuable and enriching experience for each intern. To be eligible for a fall internship, candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (General Counsel applicants must be enrolled in law school). All of our internships are unpaid and for credit only, unless otherwise noted on the job description. All internships are part-time and tyically last from September – December.
