As an intern at TOMS, you are given a tremendous amount of responsibility, so we take your application very seriously. We look for TOMS advocates who are passionate about the One for One movement and have proven success in college. From the beginning, we have consistently relied on our interns to take on an active role within the company. Our interns are given large amounts of responsibility and opportunities to make real contributions. Participants in this program will organize and execute projects in the following departments:

  • Campus Programs
  • Creative/Design
  • Event Planning
  • E-Commerce
  • Finance
  • Online Marketing
  • Retail Marketing
  • Social Media
  • TOMS Shoes Giving
 In addition to the great experience, strong performers will receive glowing references, a letter of recommendation from a supervisor, and career guidance. At the end of the internship, the intern coordinator will help you revamp your resume with updated TOMS work history, and will assist with determining next steps.
