Travel: Paid travel to Washington DC, St. John US Virgin Islands, and San Francisco
Approximate hours: 10-20 hours/week
The Give Back(packing) Internship is for the individual who sees an opportunity and makes the best of it. We are looking for a person who isn’t afraid of a challenge, loves working with people,
innovative/creative thinker for marketing/advertising strategies, and loves to have their hands in
everything from small details to seeing the big picture.
Give Back(packing) is an entrepreneurial program for college students to do a month-long travel
program to Washington DC, St. John in the Virgin Islands, and San Francisco. We will spend 10 days in each city doing service learning projects, externship opportunities, and adventures. We are trying to empower individuals through service and travel.
You will be in charge of recruiting students to participate on the program, be the liaison between the students and Give Back(packing), help with the logistical side of the trip, and be the CEO’s Executive Assistant.
All travel will be paid for on the trip (room and board, plane flights between the cities, group
dinners, and group adventures. Group adventures include snorkel-sail-hikes in St. John and a 3 day guided camping trip to Yosemite National Park. The program dates are May 20 – June 19.
